Domestic Shipping

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order placement.

• Dispatch will only occur after full payment has been received.

• Risk and responsibility for the goods transfer to the buyer once the goods leave our warehouse.

International Shipping

• We ship globally via trusted freight and cargo partners.

• The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or regulatory clearances required in their country.

• Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) will be mutually agreed upon during the order confirmation.

• Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events are beyond our control, and we are not liable for such delays.

Change in Delivery Destination

• If the delivery destination is changed after the order is confirmed, any delays caused due to this change will not be our responsibility.
