1. Business Model: We are a B2B supplier and exporter of general, automotive, and farm-based commodities. We do not cater to individual retail customers.
2. Payments: All domestic orders require 50% advance at the time of order placement, and the remaining 50% before dispatch. No credit facilities are provided under any circumstances.
3. International Orders: Exports require either 50% advance and 50% before dispatch, or an irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) from a recognised international bank.
4. Order Confirmation: Orders will be confirmed only after receipt of the initial advance payment.
5. Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
